Plaintiffs, Francisco Barragan and Liberto De La Rosa, filed this suit against Defendants Evanger’s Dog and Cat Food Company, Inc. (“Evanger’s”), Holly N. Sher and Joel Sher,1 alleging that Defendants violated the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. § 201, et seq., and the Illinois Minimum Wage Law (“IMWL”), 820 ILCS 105/1, et seq.
