HOOD, Judge.

This is an action for workmen’s compensation benefits instituted by Mrs. Clem-ys Ardoin Freeman, as natural tutrix for and in behalf of her four minor children. Plaintiff alleges as a basis for her demands that her oldest son, Lawrence Freeman, was killed in the course of his employment, and that her four minor children were partially dependent on the decedent for support at the time of his death. The suit was instituted against New Amsterdam Casualty Insurance Company, the compensation insurer of the decedent’s employer. Judgment on the merits was rendered in favor of plaintiff,…
