CIRILLO, Judge:

Steven C. Lytle appeals from a judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County. We affirm.

Lytle was charged with one count of criminal homicide following the death of his three-month-old daughter, Samantha. Lytle waived his right to a jury trial, and a bench trial commenced before the Honorable James R. McGregor. On April 13, 1994, Lytle was found guilty by Judge McGregor of first-degree murder and was sentenced to life imprisonment.
