OPINION

TERRIE LIVINGSTON, Justice.

Appellant Richard Allen Payton, Sr. appeals his conviction of recklessly causing serious bodily injury to a child under the age of fourteen by failing to obtain reasonable medical care and intentionally or knowingly causing bodily injury to a child under the age of fourteen by failing to protect the child from his biological father. Appellant argues that the evidence is le- gaily insufficient to support his conviction. We affirm.
