Marilyn P.G. Bilger filed a complaint in divorce on November 16, 1980. James D. Bilger petitions the court to bifurcate the divorce claim from the remaining unresolved economic claims in the case. On June 8, 1990, the court granted defendant’s petition and ordered bifurcation. Plaintiff filed exceptions to this order which the court dismissed on August 16, 1990. Pursuant to the bifurcation, the court entered a decree granting the divorce on September 10, 1990.
