ROGERS, Circuit Judge.
The question presented involves the right of the bankrupt to his discharge. The bankrupt, at the time of the filing of the petition against him, was in business as a manufacturing retail furrier, which amounts to little more than a workman. This work he carried on in the city of New York. He was born in Russia, and came into this country 11 years ago, and when he was 20 years of age.
