On October 19, 1946, in the Chancery Court of the Second Judicial District of Jones County, appellant filed her original bill praying the court to quiet and confirm her title to the west half of southeast quarter of Section 4, Township 9 North of Range 10 West, situated in said Judicial District and County, and for cancellation of all adverse claims of the defendants to above described lands.
