This is a suit to determine the ownership of a Vfeth mineral interest in 120 acres of land situated in Claiborne Parish, Louisiana and the proceeds from the production of minerals from it. The plaintiffs are Ralph L. Harmon and William Gordon Still, Jr., who acquired the property at a judicial sale held to partition the property by licitation (though the property was actually bid in the name of Harmon, it was established at trial that Still was a silent partner in the transaction and Harmon conveyed Still a Vi interest in the property).
