Augusto Dias Moreira petitions for review of the removal order finding him removable pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1227(a)(2)(A)(ii), which authorizes the deportation of “any alien who at any time after admission is convicted of two or more crimes involving moral turpitude, not arising out of a single scheme of criminal misconduct.” Moreira argues that his Massachusetts convictions for malicious damage to a motor vehicle and larceny to a motor vehicle do not qualify as crimes involving moral turpitude.
