This petitioner, George D. McKee, Jr., #33071, filed a petition in this Court seeking his release from confinement in the state penitentiary by writ of habeas corpus. A demurrer to the petition was filed by the Attorney General, and the case was set down for oral argument, at which time the Court requested the petitioner and the respondents to file briefs.
