This was a suit by the appellant to recover the possession of certain described real estate; in Brown county, and damages for its detention. The appellee answered by a general denial of the complaint, and by a cross complaint. The appellant’s demurrer to the cross complaint, for the want of sufficient facts, was overruled by the court, and his exception saved to such ruling. The cause was put at issue and tried by a jury, and a verdict was returned for the appellee, that he was the owner and entitled to the possession of the real estate in controversy, and that his title thereto should be…
