Plaintiffs bring this action pursuant to Titles I and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Title I of the Civil Rights Act of 1991, and 42 U.S.C. § 1985(3), seeking damages for alleged acts of unlawful discrimination in the administration of certain health insurance benefits claimed by the Estate of Randy Senter. The complaint also alleges several statutory and common law causes of action under the law of the State of New Hampshire.
