Ruggiero v. Brown & Sharpe Manufacturing Co.

This is a petition for review brought under the provisions of the workmen’s compensation act, general laws 1938, chapter 300, by an injured employee against his employer. The director of labor granted the petitioner relief but the superior court, following a hearing on respondent’s appeal, entered a decree denying and dismissing the petition. From the entry of that decree the petitioner duly prosecuted to this court his appeal, which is now before us for determination.
