This is an appeal from a decree in the circuit court of Will county awarding a mandatory injunction against the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company and the Chicago and Alton Railroad Company commanding said companies within .ninety days to remove a concrete wall erected in that portion of VanBuren street which lies south of the west seventy-nine feet of lot 5, in block 14, in the city of Joliet.
