On January 1, 1941, Edward Hondero, the deceased employee, sustained accidental injuries arising out of and in the course of his employment which resulted in his death the same day.
Claimant, alleging that she is the lawful widow of deceased, is seeking to obtain the benefits provided by the Workmen’s Compensation Law.
