These claims are by husband and wife who seek to recover damages for personal injuries and property damage suffered by them as the result of an accident while riding in their automobile on July 6, 1953, at about 6:00 p.m., on State highway Route No. 9 just south of the City of Plattsburgh, Clinton County. They were on their way to their home in Brooklyn after a trip to Canada.
