This controversy arises between the-Sea Insurance Company and the owners of the passenger steamer Oatskill as respects the sum of $7,073.06, the remnants and surplus of the proceeds of the sale of tlie steamer St. Johns in the above pro*470ceedings for limitation of liability, after the payment of the claims against her for loss of life, injuries to person and damage to the property of third persons, as provided for by the decree adjudging the St. Johns and the Catskill both to blame for a collision on the Hudson river on September 15, 1897. 92 Fed. 1010; 95 Fed. 700.
