ORDER

ROBINSON, District Judge.

Total Energy Corp. (the “Plaintiff’) originally commenced this action in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, County of Westchester (the “Supreme Court”) on or about January 20, 2004. Craig Stolt and Tag Petroleum Contractors, Inc. (collectively, the “Defendants”) were served with the Plaintiffs complaint on or about January 27, 2004 and subsequently filed a notice of removal (the “Notice of Removal”) to federal court. On or about March 26, 2004, the Plaintiff filed a motion (the “Plaintiffs Motion”) for an order remanding this matter to the Supreme Court.…
