This matter comes before the Court upon appeal by Defendantr-Appellant Northwest Trustee Services, Inc. (“NWTS”) from the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington’s memorandum decision granting judgment in favor of Plaintiffs-Appellees Peter and Sharee Meyer (the “Meyers”). Following bench trial, the Honorable Karen Over-street awarded the Meyers $72,008 plus costs and attorney’s fees on their claims against NWTS for violation of Washington’s Deed of Trust Act and Consumer Protection Act.
