JANVIER, Judge.
Mrs. Julia Monetti brings this suit in tort against Albert Scott, William Gomez and Standard Oil Company of Louisiana. The negligence on which the suit is founded is alleged to have been a careless act of Scott in moving, from in front of the gasoline filling station of the Standard Oil Company at West End in New Orleans, a motorcycle which had been left by an unknown owner in such position as to im pede traffic to and from the station.
