This cause, in the original jurisdiction of the Court, comes here by an order of Mr. Justice Stabler, enjoining the re spondents temporarily from issuing and selling certain municipal bonds of the city of Beaufort, and requiring them to show cause to the Court why the temporary injunction should not be made permanent.
