This appeal is concerned primarily with the validity of a note executed by the county judge and trustee of Hamilton County to the American Trust and Banking Company, for borrowed money.

The original complainant, John Y. Trotter, was Chairman of the County Board of Education in 1926. His administration of the Board’s finances having been brought into question, he filed an original bill against the county and its officers, for an accounting.
