1Opinion of the CourtEthridge, J.

Bufus Broadus, deceased, left a will at his death in the following words:

“I, Bufus Broadus, of Howison, county of Harrison, state of Mississippi, being twenty-one years of age, and of sound and disposing mind, make this my last will and testament.
“I give, devise and bequeath all my estate and property, real and personal, of every kind and nature, together with *705all right, title and interest in possession, reversion, or remainder, which I may have at the time of my death in, or to lands, tenements, hereditaments, or annuities, or rents charged upon, or issued out of them, or goods and chattels…
