Appellant Laura Knight was recorded on video at a pharmacy picking up a hy-drocodone prescription for a woman who had died five days earlier. Appellant was found guilty of possession of a controlled substance, and sentenced to two years’ confinement. Appellant raises two issues on appeal. Appellant contends the evidence is legally insufficient to support her conviction because the State failed to prove (i) that she knowing or intentionally possessed the hydrocodone, (ii) that the pills she received from the pharmacy were actually hydrocodone, or (iii) that the…
