Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board which affirmed determinations that claimant was ineligible to receive benefits effective January 4, 1965 on the ground that he was not available for employment; that claimant was overpaid in benefits, ruled to be recoverable; and that claimant willfully made false statements to obtain benefits. The claimant is single and resides with his parents. He was employed as an asphalt truck driver and upon being laid off, filed for benefits effective November 23, 1964.
