MEMORANDUM OPINION

JOHN H. SQUIRES, Bankruptcy Judge.

These matters come before the Court on the motion of Conrad Gacki (“Gacki”) to modify the automatic stay pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(d) to allow him to continue with a proceeding in the Circuit Court of DuPage County, Illinois wherein he seeks a petition for a tax deed on certain property owned by William R. Murray (the “Debtor”) and on the objection of Gacki to the confirmation of the Debtor’s amended Chapter 13 plan.
