We granted certiorari in this case and have been quite interested in reading the full briefs and the case has been given thorough consideration.

Ben C. Parker, who was 19 years of age, was injured on February 22, 1957, while riding a man-lift in the automobile parking garage of the petitioners, who will be referred to hereinafter as defendants and the respondents will be referred to as plaintiffs as in the trial court.
