CRIST, Judge.

Appeal from a jury conviction for two counts of the sale of heroin. Defendant was sentenced as a prior drug offender to two concurrent terms of thirty years’ imprisonment without the possibility of probation or parole. We affirm.

Defendant asserts a denial of his sixth amendment right to counsel at a one-on-one identification procedure at the police station by the undercover police officers who had bought the heroin from defendant and *539claims any identification should have been excluded.
