The only controversy upon this accounting relates to the personal claim of the executrix, Mary E. Brown. The administration of this estate, consisting of property of the value of nearly $200,000, has received such careful attention that no objections are filed by any of the interested parties to any item of the account presented for judicial settlement. The executrix, Mary E. Brown, is the widow of the testator and presents a personal claim against the estate, portions of which are strenuously contested.
