Pursuant to a plea bargain, whereby the State agreed to dismiss charges of felony murder, attempted murder, robbery, grand theft and attempted escape, appellant agreed to plead guilty to an information charging him with manslaughter in the first degree, SDCL 22-16-15(2) 1 and an information charging him with aggravated assault. The homicide occurred during the course of a robbery committed by appellant, a Ms. Cook, and a Mr. Almont.
