Ex Parte Krupp

BROOKS, Judge.

This is an original application for writ of habeas corpus. The court remanded appellant to the custody of the officer until the fine of $50 imposed upon him for contempt of court in failing to serve as a juror in said court was paid. The following are the findings of fact and conclusions of law filed by the judge, to wit:
