In reaching its decision and in granting its judgment sustaining the demurrers to the defendant’s answer to the scire facias, the court considered and treated as a part of the record in the case the entire proceedings, orders, and decrees, including the final report of the receiver and the orders thereon, in the ease of Park Woolen Mills et al. v.
