This is an appeal by writ of error by-Lewis Whisenant and Mrs. Cora Whisen-ant from a judgment rendered against them in a suit instituted by Thompson Brothers Hardware Company, Inc. The suit was upon a promissory note signed by Lewis Whisenant and Mrs. Cora Whisenant. The note copied in the petition gives the address of the defendants in the same town and at the same Street address.
