The Baltimore & Ohio Railroad Company, a corporation under the laws of the state of Maryland, has for a number of years been the lessee of the following railroads in the state of Virginia, incorporated by various acts of the Virginia legislature, and owned by Virginia corporations, viz.: The Winchester & Potomac Railroad, the Winchester & Strasburgh Railroad, and the Strasburgh & Harrison-burg Railroad; the last named being part of the old Manassas Gap Railroad.
