Plaintiff, Bank of Ravenswood, trustee under Trust #2824, brought an action under the Forcible Entry and Detainer Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1977, ch. 57, par. 1 et seq.) against the defendant, Nancy King, for possession of an apartment occupied by her. A default judgment was entered against defendant and she was evicted. Defendant appeared specially and moved to quash the service of process on her, to vacate the default judgment for possession and for an order to allow her to return to her apartment.
