Invoking the Federal Tort Claims Act, Title 28 United States Code, § 1346(b) (1964), this action for wrongful death is brought against the defendant United States of America by the plaintiff Helen Wasilko, individually, and as executrix of the estate of Edward G. Wasilko, her husband, and as administratrix of the estate of Edward A. Wasilko, her ten-year-old son. In May 1966 the plaintiff dismissed the complaint as to defendant Trans World Airlines, Inc.
