WOLLMAN, Circuit Judge.

The government appeals the district court’s dismissal, based on unreasonable pre-indictment delay, of an indictment against Gerald Jackson. We reverse and remand for trial.

In July and August of 2001, the Nebraska State Patrol, the United States Postal Investigation Service, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the Douglas County Sheriffs Office were engaged in an on-line enticement investigation involving Jackson.
