- These are consolidated appeals from six orders. of the District Court entered in proceedings for the reorganization of appellant, the Boston Terminal Company, under § 77 of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S. C.A. § 205. Appeals from some of these orders have now become moot; and for an understanding of the question presented it will be necessary to refer in detail only to the, order of November 17, 1941, entered on petition of appellees herein, the holders of the greater portion of the outstanding bonds of the - debtor corporation, which order extended for a period of six…
