The petitioner husband, Nasir Ahmad, appeals from the trial court’s order granting the petition for attorney fees of the respondent wife, Carolyn Ahmad, pursuant to section 508(a)(3) of the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution Act (the Act) (Ill.
