This suit involves the constitutionality of chapter 484, Private Acts of 1925.

Under the terms of the act, the Buena Vista special school district of Carroll county was authorized to issue bonds in the sum of $12,000, the proceeds to be used in the purchase of a lot and the construction of a school building thereon. It created a sinking fund, and levied an annual tax of forty cents on the $100 worth of taxable property within the district to pay the bonds with interest.
