Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Herman Cahn, J.), entered June 10, 1996, which, inter alia, granted plaintiffs’ *306motions to strike defendants’ jury demand and to limit cross-examination at trial of plaintiffs’ sole principal and denied defendants’ cross-motion, based on the Statute of Frauds, for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, unanimously reversed, on the law, with costs, the cross-motion granted, and the complaint dismissed. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment in favor of defendants dismissing the complaint.
