THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon Defendant’s motion for summary judgment (doc. 22) and supporting statement of material facts (doc. 23). Plaintiff has filed a response (doc. 29) and a supporting statement of facts (doc. 30). Plaintiff is a thirty-five year-old woman who has been diagnosed with osteopenia, or loss of bone mineral density.
