—Order unanimously modified on the law and as modified affirmed without costs and matter remitted to Supreme Court for further proceedings in accordance with the following Memorandum: The parties were married in 1972 and have three sons. The parties were divorced in 1989. The divorce decree incorporated the stipulation of the parties that they would have joint custody of the children, with residence with plaintiff, and that defendant would pay child support of $66.66 per week per child.
