The testatrix was Susie L. Meadows. Plaintiff Tressie O. Stevens, and defendants, Emma T. and Mark B. Meadows, are the daughters and son of testatrix. Defendant, T.J. Meadows, is the surviving husband and father. Emma and Mark were made executors under the will and were also made defendants as such.
