This appeal arises from plaintiffs three count complaint which sought to enforce the terms of a lease. Plaintiff is the lessee of a department store in a shopping center which was developed by defendant, Addison Green Meadows, Inc. Count I of the complaint sought an accounting of profits and damages for breach of a restrictive covenant.
