OPINION OF THE COURT

John V. Vaughn, J.

Defendant, charged with the crimes of use of a child in a sexual performance (two counts), endangering the welfare of a child (three counts), and sexual abuse, first degree (four counts), moves for a bill of particulars, severance of counts, and dismissal of counts 1, 2 and 3 of the indictment.

For the purpose of analysis and convenience, the offenses may be considered in three groups, each group containing all of the charges relating to one of the victims. Counts 1-3 deal with the charges of sexual performance and endangering the welfare of the child,…
