MURPHY, Judge.

At the conclusion of a bench trial in the Circuit Court for Calvert County, Alisa Marie Gauvin, Appellant, was convicted of driving a motor vehicle while impaired by a controlled dangerous substance, and of possession of phencyclidine (PCP) with intent to distribute. Appellant concedes that the State’s evidence was sufficient to establish that she committed those offenses on December 15, 2006, but she argues that she is entitled to a new trial on the “possession with intent” charge.
