MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
GETZENDANNER, District Judge:
This employment discrimination action is before the court on the motion for full summary judgment of defendant Prudential-Bache Securities, Inc. Plaintiff Judith Winters has brought a three-count complaint charging defendant with sex and age discrimination in violation of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e, et seq. (“Title VII”), the Equal Pay Act of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 201, et seq. (“EPA”), and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621, et seq. (“ADEA”).
