This is a writ of error directed to the circuit court of Woodford county. By it a judgment for $5480.50 against the Sanitary District of Chicago is brought up for review.
By her declaration defendant in error alleged that the sanitary district had damaged her farm by inundating it with the waters from the sanitary district channel. The declaration originally consisted of twelve counts. All of the counts were withdrawn except the first, second, fourth, fifth arid eighth.
