Defendant Jerrilee Smith (“Defendant”) is charged in two counts of a 62-count indictment with 81 co-defendants as follows: (1) Count 1 charging Defendant with conspiracy to commit wire, fraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1349; and (2) Count 47 charging Defendant with conspiracy to launder monetary instruments in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956(h).
